Hello everyone! I would like to share my experience with Mrs. Dhanalakshmi's diet plan. I am a person aged 45 & have undergone 3 open surgeries so far & gained more weight post my surgeries. I felt like I was lacking energy & felt much heavier than before. Doing my regular household work turned out to be a big task because of my weight . Due to this my mental health was affected.

Wish you a very happy new year. This is indeed a happy new year for me too. We have been traveling together for the past three months and because of your guidance i learnt the correct way of taking my diet.

I followed many weight loss diets on you tube and everything was a failure. Before joining your weight loss program i thought dieting means eating very less and sacrificing meals.

I was diagnosed with borderline sugar and cholesterol. My sugar levels were high. I was pre-diabetic. My HbA1c was 6.2 Doctor told me to start with medication.
